Dr Koontz and Rev Fisk begin to look at homeschooling in this fifth installment of the series on education. They discuss the people and circumstances that led to its adaptation by parents, and why it's such a unique and contentious method of schooling.
Dr Koontz - Agrarian, Egghead, White Guy - Concordia Theological Seminary Fort Wayne

Please continue these discussions. Your thoughts and conclusions about homeschooling and its history are so needed. God bless you both and your efforts. I am a confessional LCMS grandmother who saw the system for what it was in 1985. I homeschooled 7 children (trying every option much like Rev. Fisk) . My 30 grandchildren are now being homeschooled or will be. All are either LCMS or ELS congregation members and love Lutheran theology. They have strong positive relationships with each other!
